Great news,Panic! at the Disco has got their new album,Vices &Virtues,all recorded and ready to drop on March 22nd. And we get a taste of it with their first single,The Ballad of Mona Lisa,and it’s fantastic!
I think this was a brilliant choice for the first single off the album. It clearly shows that Panic! the Duo is picking back up some of the dramatic musical style that the band set aside for their sophomore album. And from the general responses around the internets,the fans are happy with this turn of events. As am I. We’ve got strings and bells and synthesizers,wonderful guitars and an absolutely pounding percussion. This song is very energetic! Absolutely perfect if you love their live shows.
